Epson SureColor® F2000 Series: Better, Faster, Stronger

The Epson F2000 is equipped with the latest technology to provide high-quality direct-to-garment printing. Every component of these printers was designed to deliver industrial-level production, image quality, and reliability to DTG printers. There are two versions available for the Epson F2000: the White Ink Edition and the Color Edition. Both offer the same printing and production quality, however, the White Ink edition is capable of printing on light or dark color garments, while the Color Edition only prints on light garments.

Extreme Print Quality

All Epson F2000 printers are equipped with a high functioning Epson MicroPiezo® TFP® printhead that has been co-developed to work with Epson UltraChrome DG Ink. Produce clean, bright colors on light and dark garments with robust durability using the F2000 system. UltraChrome Ink is compatible with 100% cotton and 50/50 systenthic blends, and each cartridge had a built-in ink filter to ensure ink is contaminant free.

Reliable

Worried about maintenance?--Don’t be! The Epson F2000 has an easy-access top cover and a new fabric wiper system inside. The wiper system cleans the printhead surface with a pristine material before every printing job and before the printhead is parked, increasing the life and reliability of the printhead. The F2000 also has a LED beam detection system that automatically scans the surface of the garment prior to printing, protecting the printhead from garment strikes.

Fast

Print efficiently and quickly with the F2000. Each printhead has 1,440 nozzles per inch for white ink and 720 for each color, increasing production speed. Also, running daily maintenance is fast and easy--the 15 seconds manual shaking of the white ink cartridges is followed by an automatic ink recirculation, and then the printer is ready to perform!
