Virtual Printer Inspections for Out-of-Warranty or Expired Service Plans


Epson is pleased to announce Epson can now inspect printers based on your  service history, virtually. The Epson Service & Support team can assist with fulfilling inspection requirements when selling Extended Service Programs to customers with an out-of-warranty printer.

The Process:

Epson’s Service Department will determine extended service programs eligibility based on a virtual product inspection. A virtual product inspection requires a review of a printer’s service history, and current diagnostic information (e.g., nozzle check, status sheet, photographed control panel status, etc.).

Please contact Epson directly for this virtual inspection. If you wish to purchase warranty through AA Print Supply, please get approval from Epson first.

Advantages of a Virtual Inspection:

  1. A virtual product inspection reduces the risk of COVID-19 transmission for both you and a field technician.
  2. You will not be charged for a virtual product inspection.
  3. A virtual product inspection can be performed within the same day of contact.
  4. Our extended service program team can assist you with the virtual product inspection process.

New – Automated Workflow 2017 software information – Video on the way!

All American is proud to introduce our new software

Automated Workflow 2017 (AW) is a software package created by All American Manufacturing and Supply to speed up the workflow of Direct To Garment (DTG) printing operations.  The AW suite allows for custom garment orders to flow seamlessly from the online marketplace, directly to Aeoon and soon NeoFlex printers running All American’s RIP software.

AW was designed with workflow optimization as its sole target – eliminating the time-consuming and error producing task of manually transferring order size, quantity, and design data – from order database to ready to print digital storage.  AW is bundled with an online editor that easily allows customers to upload artwork, add and modify text, set garment sizing, determine quantity and more.

Once an online order is placed, AW uses a custom file handler to relay the quantity, garment size and final design information from an online store directly to the cue of any supported DTG printer.  For operator ease – once an order is placed online AW simultaneously generates a bar code sticker that can be scanned into the DTG machine whenever the job is ready to be printed.  That same sticker is then directly attached to the finished piece and all that is left is delivery to your customer!

Automated Workflow 2017 will help any DTG business improve speed, efficiency and job accuracy.

Memorial Day Closing Early

Dear Customers,

All American will be closing early 3:00 p.m. this Friday and will remain closed until 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 31st to celebrate Memorial Day weekend. Customers arriving in-house to pick up orders must do so before 3:00 p.m.  Also, if you place an order online after 2 p.m. on Friday,  May 28th, the order will not be shipped until the following Tuesday when we reopen.  We hope you all have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.

All American will be releasing new videos, especially tutorials and demos soon! Be sure to check out our youtube channel and facebook for updates. Currently, you can find NeoFlex maintenance tips, Sequin Machine maintenance , Aeoon demos, and RapidTag demos on our channel. We will be expanding our maintenance with helpful videos about the NeoFlex 2 and more, to ensure users can perform the necessary cleaning routines to keep their DTG machine in top condition.

We will also be posting DIY vinyl tips and tricks hosted by Julie. Regulars to the office will be familiar with her designs that decorate our waiting area. If you are a fan of her heat transfer designs and wonder how they are made, you’ll soon know. You can follow along on youtube to learn how to make and press vinyl decals like a pro. Stay tuned!

Bringing in the New Year!

To officially kick off the New Year, All American will be closing Thursday, Dec. 31 at 3:00 p.m. Our offices will remain closed throughout New Years. All American will reopen on Monday, Jan, 4 at 9:00 a.m. If you are placing an order for pickup on the 31th of December, please submit your order before 1:00 p.m. Also, orders placed on those days must be picked up prior to early dismissal at 2:00 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation.
