To all our valued Customers,
We are writing to inform you about the changes to our hours so you can effectively place, pick up, and receive your orders. These changes will take effect starting May 4, 2015.
For same day pick up, place orders between 9:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed during this time period will be available for same day pick up until 4:00 p.m. Orders should be available for pick up 1 to 2 hours after the order has been placed by phone.
If an order is not picked up by 4:00 p.m., you will have to retrieve it the next available business day–no exceptions. Any orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day as well. In the event that we are unable to process your order for same day pick up, All American will contact you about the status of your order.
To have your order delivered via UPS, orders will need to be placed between 9:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m.Monday through Friday as well. All orders will be shipped the same day they were placed by phone. If an order cannot be shipped the same day, it will ship within 24-48 hours. In the event that a delay occurs, All American will inform you about the status of your order.
