The EB-200PY is a heavy-duty UV ink curing machine for bottles, other cylindrical items, and can be adjusted to cure ink on flat surfaces. Half-scale intensity light (3.75KW) and full-scale intensity light (5KW) sources are optional.
The EB-200PY has both a sealed structure and conveyor transmission. The speed of the conveyor and the distance between the UV lamp and substrate is adjustable to accommodate larger materials. The exhauster also removes excess heat from the curing chamber to prolong lamp life.
